Are children allowed?

Sorry, this is an adult-only event, with the exception of the children in the wedding party.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. For women this means cocktail dresses, formal dresses, jumpsuits. For men, this means slacks and dress shirt/coat or a suit. Please avoid wearing white.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding events?

We will not be providing guest transportation due to the majority of our guests being local. Our venue is about 15 minutes from Downtown Saratoga, so Uber is a great option!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure you have time to park and get to your seat. The road to the parking lot is directly behind the ceremony site, and any late arrivals will disrupt the ceremony.

Our bar tab will cover beer, wine, and our three specialty drinks.

Please RSVP at the latest by April 15th, 2026.

Please reach out to the bride or groom prior to the RSVP date if you have dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we have a limit on the number of guests that our venue can hold, if you have been given a plus one your invitation will note that when you go to RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site!
