We kindly request that guests dress in semi-formal attire to complement the indoor setting of our celebration. Appropriate attire includes: Women: Cocktail dresses, midi or evening dresses, or refined dressy separates Men: Suits or dress trousers paired with a button-down shirt; ties are encouraged but optional To maintain the formality of the occasion, we kindly ask that jeans, sneakers, and overly casual attire be avoided. We encourage guests to choose polished, comfortable looks suitable for an evening indoor event.
We kindly ask that you arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:20 PM at the Durham Armory, located at 212 Foster Street, Durham, NC 27701, to allow ample time for parking, warm greetings, and being seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and it means the world to us to have you there as we begin this special chapter.
Yes, there will be guest parking available both on the street and at the Durham Centre Parking Garage, located at 300 W. Morgan Street. It’s just a short walk to the venue from the garage. We’ll have signs to guide you, but if you need any assistance, feel free to ask!
Yes! We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails available all night — plus a selection of non-alcoholic drinks for anyone skipping the booze. We kindly ask that you drink responsibly — rideshares and taxis are easy to catch in downtown Durham if you need one at the end of the night.
We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you have a plus one, you’ll be hearing from us! For everyone else, we’re keeping the celebration invited guests only. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
There will be a limited number of kids in attendance, but we’re keeping the celebration primarily adults-only. We hope you can enjoy a night of fun, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Thank you for your understanding!
In order to fully enjoy the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during this time. However, once the ceremony is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to take photos and capture memories with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Yes! We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner, complete with delicious appetizers and desserts to satisfy all your cravings. Come hungry and ready to enjoy!
Yes! We’ll be hosting a BBQ on Saturday, June 20th for our out-of-town guests and family, the day after the wedding. It’ll be a casual and fun gathering to unwind and enjoy each other’s company after the big celebration!
