We met in March of 2020, right before the world shut down. We started talking and hanging out daily. Once we started it was like we had known each other our entire lives. Being a single mom to a little girl I was scared of loving someone. He quickly showed that he wasn’t going anywhere. We started dating April 27,2020 when we moved into our first apartment together. It was a little 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex but we loved it and huge part of our lives, it’s where we brought our son home from the hospital. People may wonder why we did everything so quickly but when you know you know. I knew he was it for me. In June of 2020 I found out I was expecting our first child together. Scared wasn’t the right word for how we felt at the time. I already had a little girl and Covid was going on. We found out it would be a little boy a couple months later. We were overfilled with joy. We welcomed our son February of 2021. Our family was complete we had my daughter and now our son. I will never forget the moment Brooklinn got to meet her little brother for the first time. I then went on to become a manager and Kadin supported me every step of the way of my training and moving up. Kadin also got a promotion at work. We moved into our house and out of our tiny apartment. We got engaged after almost 4 years together on February 27,2024. Our story wasn’t conventional and things went quick but that’s what makes it beautiful. We now have a 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son, we are living our best lives. We are just two imperfect people who are perfect for each other.
