How we met

More than 10 years ago we meet in a baby shower, at that time we had different lives, and we could have never though that our life path will cross again, this time was different; we started going out and have some fun also we had some conflict, overall we enjoy each other company and we started seen each other more than friends or girlfriend/boyfriend,

Pre-engagement

We began dating, when José had the courage to ask Tay to take the next step in the relationship; on May 21st 2016 at the Centennial Park in Downtown Tulsa, Jose gave a ring to Tay ( it was mean to be an engagement ring, however Jose Put the ring in the wrong hand and said “ this is a pre engagement ring” ) that is when we were Pre-engage

Proposal

Jose also wanted to make the proposal on the 21st of the month to go along with the pre-engagement day and he picked the fall season. In October 2016, Jose asked Tay for a date; since Tay is a very busy woman, she was studying for her supervisor license course and writing papers on top of her regular already busy schedule; she almost canceled the date because she was tired and has not finish her final paper. Since José did not know the exact time when Tay was going to be ready to go, he planned in advanced and made 3 reservation to their favorite restaurants (Polo Grill, French Hen and the Tavern); as time was getting close to the reservation he cancel two of them, they end up going to the French Hen, which worked better at the end for a very romantic dinner. After dinner José asked Tay if she would like to see the Meteoroid shower (For the Astronomy aficionados it had happened the day before), she “well I am really dress for a park at least let me change the shoes” but he was already nervous and she “it is everything ok? . He replied “sure but the thing if we go later we will miss it”; so we drove to the Centennial Park and we walk around. When they arrived in their special spot they sit and she kept looking to the stars and she said to Jose “I do not see anything can we go I am exhausted!” but suddenly he begun to light the floor and asked Tay “Do you see something is written in the floor can you read it?” (He had gone to the Centennial previous dinner and wrote the proposal w/pink chalk in the floor). He kneeled down, at first Tay could not make the words out but when Tay finally read all together she was surprise, she did not expected that day and she said Yes!

For all the days along the way
