When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 15th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4pm, with cocktail hour and reception to follow. If you would like to come early to view the grounds, there is a museum on-site that is 50% off for wedding guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in formal attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We also kindly ask you to please be mindful of other guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We encourage you to make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions when RSVPing and selecting your meal for the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free self-parking available at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of hotels at the Embassy Suites in Valley Forge. However, if you are unable to reserve a room there, there are many other hotels within a 10-15 minute drive to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding.
