When is the RSVP deadline?

October 3! Please keep in mind that the sooner the better, but only RSVP if you are certain of your attendance.

Is there a dress code?

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required, NO JEANS. We recommend bringing a light layer in case of a breeze. Children are allowed to dress however they want (costumes, princesses, whatever).

Yes and encouraged to come dressed however you feel comfortable. We want everyone to have fun!

Yes, please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, intolerances, or allergies. (If you're just a picky eater, relax.)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the venue offers free parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We really hope it will be outdoors, but the weather can be unpredictable at this time of year, so there's a chance it might be indoors.

What kind of shoes are best for the venue?

Really, anyone can do it, even outdoor the ground is paved with very little grass.

Should I bring any extra (umbrella, jacket, sunscreen etc)?

Definitely bring a jacket; we'll be going from sunset to nighttime, which will cause the temperature to drop.

Please do it and send it to us! Just keep in mind that the photographer has priority — if she’s behind you, it’s time to move
