Our Story

Cheyenne and Ethan first met in 2015, but their love story didn’t truly begin until November 2020, when Cheyenne moved back home from Atlanta, Georgia. One day, she walked into a local restaurant—Iguanas Seafood Restaurant—where Ethan had worked behind the bar for the past 10 years. She was instantly greeted by his familiar, kind smile. In that moment, something in her heart shifted. She couldn’t explain it, but she knew there was something deeply special about him. And quietly, she just knew she would love him. That spark quickly grew into a relationship later that year, and for a time, it was beautiful. But like all love stories refined by fire, theirs came with both joy and heartbreak. Over the next three years, they experienced deep love, growth, and connection—but also pain, unhealed wounds, and distance that eventually became too heavy to carry. And eventually, they broke. For nearly a year, it felt like the story might truly be over. But even in the silence, they never fully let go of each other. They kept growing. They kept healing. Separately, they surrendered what they couldn’t fix on their own and learned what it means to love in a way that honors God—individually whole, and led by Him. On New Year’s Eve 2025, they found their way back to each other. What followed was not just reconciliation, but transformation. A deeply faith-filled, purpose-driven season of rebuilding something stronger than what had been lost. And then, on February 19, 2026, Ethan got down on one knee and asked Cheyenne to spend forever with him. A love that almost didn’t make it… was redeemed. And if you’re here, well, you know the rest…
