Please RSVP by August 31st. We recommend having your travel arrangements sorted by then as well (flights, hotels or AirBnB/VRBO, and a rental car if needed).
Cocktail attire: Dress up with us for what we hope is a sunny fall New Brunswick day! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors. For the ladies, consider wearing knee or midi-length dresses, and shoes you are comfortable wearing in the grass. Consider bringing a fall jacket or something with long sleeves. For the gents, consider a suit and tie, blazer, or just a stylish button-down shirt with dress pants. If you aren't wearing a suit, you may want to consider bringing a jacket or something with long sleeves.
We hope so! Fall is our most special time of year on the east coast, so unless it rains we will be outdoors during our ceremony and for cocktails and some light bites afterwards, which will last until 6 PM (after which we will be indoors). Assuming that the weather cooperates, we're hoping for a sunny day with temperatures that will likely be in the 15-20 C range (60-68 F). The temperature may drop a bit as we get into the early evening, so please plan accordingly.
The gates to the venue will open at 3:15 PM. Please aim to arrive between 3:30-3:45, so you can find your seat prior to the ceremony starting at 4:00 PM.
Yes. If you drive to Whispering Willow there is free parking on site, and your car is welcome to spend the night until the next day at 1 PM.
Our wedding day will be adults only, including the ceremony and reception. However, feel free to bring your little ones to any other pre- or post-wedding event!
We recommend driving to the venue or using a taxi or U-ride (note: there is no Uber or Lyft). From 9 PM to 1 AM, we will have a complementary taxi service shuttling guests to the Canvas Hotel in downtown Moncton. First come, first serve!
