FAQs

If you have any questions not answered below, please contact us at (306) 541-3294 or (306) 581-6820.
Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 31st. We recommend having your travel arrangements sorted by then as well - we know from experience that waiting until the last minute rarely pays off.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Dress up with us for what we hope is a sunny fall New Brunswick day! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors. For the ladies, consider wearing knee length or longer dresses and a fall jacket, and wear shoes you are comfortable wearing in the grass. For the gents, consider either a suit and tie or a button-down shirt with slacks.

Question

Will we be outdoors?

Answer

We hope so! Fall is our most special time of year on the east coast, so unless it rains we will be outdoors during our ceremony and for cocktails afterwards, which will last until roughly 6 PM.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The gates to the venue will open at 3:15 PM. Please be seated so that the ceremony can start at 4 PM.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. If you drive to Whispering Willow there is free parking on site, and your car is welcome to spend the night until the next day at 1 PM.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Our wedding day will be adults only, including the ceremony and reception. However, feel free to bring your little ones to any other pre- or post-wedding event!

Question

How do I get to/from the venue?

Answer

We recommend driving to the venue or using a taxi or U-ride (note: there is no Uber or Lyft). From 9 PM to 1 AM, we will have a complementary taxi service shuttling guests to the Canvas Hotel in downtown Moncton. First come, first serve!
