We made this cool site that has all the same information as what would be on the invite. Saving trees, helping to not clutter up your house, etc.... Plus if things change I can update you real time, less confusion! Not doing them, this is not a formal affair so going paperless mostly.
By July 30th, 2022 at the latest please. If we do not have a response by that date we will reach out to you. If you RSVP yes and then something changes and you cannot make after all we totally understand, just please let us know as soon as you know so we can adjust our count.
There is a RSVP link at the top of the website. Click on that, put in your name and hit continue. Everyone associated with you that is invited will show up. Please answer for all 3 events for everyone in your party so we have an accurate count.
Please send a email to Crystal (thefuturemrsstevens2022@gmail.com ) and see if there is an open spot and we can try to work something out. We have limited seating at the venue and we have to give a final count to the caterer by August but we want everyone that wants to come the chance to be there.
100% but just keep in mind this is a working vineyard and there is also a pond near where we will be. Will have fun activities for all ages and the food will be pretty kid friendly too.
As much as we love our fuzzies we are leaving them safely at home and we are asking all of our guests to do the same.
We did not set up hotel blocks because we wanted to offer flexibility to anyone that is coming. There are hotel recommendations on the travel tab with information about each hotel. There are also Air BNB's in the area. We want everyone to get accommodations that work best for them so putting out as much information as we can find. The distance from most of the lodging options to the vineyard is included on the travel page of the website.
There is not a dress code for our wedding, please dress for your comfort. Jeans are welcome for sure! If you feel like getting fancy, you do you. We want everyone to be comfortable and have a good time. But if you show up in a wedding dress just know you will be mocked. 😉
For those that like to dress on theme, french blue and ivory are the main colors but will see some rose gold, grey, and black thrown in as well as accent colors. Do with that information what you need to do.

We are going to try to be as prompt as we can and start at 3:30 pm EST. Would not get there any later than 3 pm just so you do not feel rushed. The site is ours for the day and there will be things to do outside so if you want to come a little early you can entertain yourself or check out the vineyard. Tasting room will be open as well.
Nope and the road out to the vineyard is a country road so its a fun drive and no streetlights so keep that in mind as the sun is setting. Estimated sunset is between 730 pm/ 800 pm EST.
Lots of room, just remember its a vineyard, in the country, so if you are bringing your low rider be warned. Road out to the vineyard is paved. Road into the vineyard is gravel and there is dust. Car peeps you have been warned.
Good luck and best wishes. Kidding. Internet and cell phone service is spotty on the way to and at the vineyard. There are nice big signs along the way so be on the lookout for those. But I suggest saving the directions offline so in case your phone goes all Amish so you can still get out to the vineyard. Or follow someone else from the hotel and hope they know where they are going. Buddy system is the best system. Or if you get in early on Friday take a drive out to find it and get a sneak peak, maybe the tasting room will still be open, just sayin....
There will be two nice dressed people. They are both going to say some words to each other and exchange rings. Then kiss, if you are shy avert your gaze. Then they will hold hands and walk away and then the party starts. The plan is to get married outside but it will depend on the weather the day of. We have a plan no need to worry. But it will be short and sweet.
There will be an cocktail hour after the ceremony and before dinner. Use this time to find yourself on the seating chart, explore the vineyard, play one of the lawn games that is out, or catch up with people you haven't seen in a while. There will be drinks and food available during that hour, no worries.
Cocktail hour will include - fruit trays, veggie trays, charcuterie trays, and meatballs. Dinner will include pulled pork and grilled chicken, garden salad with dressings, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, baked beans, grilled seasonal vegetables, and dinner rolls. Dinner will be buffet style with the required pre-cautions to make it as safe as possible. Water, sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, various sodas will be available. After dinner there will be a dessert table and coffee bar.
We will have beer, wine, and wine-a-ritas. Intrigued yet? No outside alcohol is allowed. Please leave it at the hotel/ airbnb for the night. The wine served is made right on site so if you find something you love you can purchase some to take home. Great way to support a small, local business.

We are not going to require anything and not going to ask anyone's status. You do what makes YOU feel comfortable. We will be keeping an eye on any restrictions that are put in place around the time of our event and will update accordingly. Ultimately it is all about your comfort factor.
Of course we will have dancing! We have arranged for a team of amazing DJs that will help you dance the evening away. There will be different yard games to play as well outside of the reception venue.
We have to be off the site by 11 pm EST. Want to give the vendors time to shut it down and clean up without having to rush. There will be a last call announcement made whenever something will be ending so make sure you can hear the DJ.
We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our new life together already, so please no gifts are needed. Simply bring yourself – we can’t wait to celebrate with you! We will have a box for cards if you would like to share some words with us. Nice words preferably but knock yourself out.
