Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Richardson Hotel, a historic landmark just minutes from our venue and Elmwood Village. Our block includes the nights of Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12. Guests are welcome to arrive early and make a weekend of the celebration. A booking link with our room block rate is provided below. We recommend booking early, as December is a festive and popular time in Buffalo. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. As our ceremony begins at 1:30 PM, guests arriving earlier in the day may not have access to their rooms prior to check-in. Early check-in may be available, or you may store your luggage with the front desk if needed. We recommend arriving dressed for the ceremony if possible. Free Parking is available on-sight for guests. Make a Weekend of It The Richardson Hotel has a beautiful bar and restaurant on-site - perfect for relaxing with friends and family throughout the weekend. During the holiday season, the campus hosts a festive outdoor market with cozy chalets in the front courtyard - the perfect spot to enjoy seasonal treats, warm drinks, and a little winter magic.
Travel Note
St. Mark's Church Free parking is available on-sight for guest usage. The Terrace Complimentary valet parking will be available at The Terrace beginning at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, simply pull up to the entrance where the valet team will assist you. Free street parking is also available along Lincoln Parkway and surrounding streets for guests. Shuttle service will be available throughout the day between the hotel, ceremony and reception venues. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date. We recommend utilizing valet, the wedding shuttle or ride share services for a seamless arrival.
