The reception will be hosted by the bride’s and groom’s parents, with beef fajita and brisket tacos and all the fixings.
To keep our celebration cozy and intimate, our wedding is an adult-focused gathering. A few younger guests have been invited by the couple; we are otherwise unable to accommodate children or additional guests due to venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Summer Cocktail Attire: Please wear nice, lightweight clothing suitable for a summer evening outdoors. Muted, pastel, or neutral colors are encouraged. - Ladies: cocktail dresses or nice tops with skirts or pants are perfect; sandals or low heels are recommended for comfort on uneven ground. - Gentlemen: dress slacks or nice jeans with long-sleeve button-up shirts are welcome; jackets and ties are optional; dress shoes or boots recommended. What not to wear: T-shirts, neon or very bright colors, flip-flops, super tall heels, holey or overly casual jeans, or tennis shoes; these aren’t ideal for the dressy setting, uneven ground, or keeping cool.
Yes! Before the ceremony, we’ll have non-alcoholic refreshments available to help you stay cool and refreshed. After the ceremony, a bartender will serve one sweet red wine, one type of beer, and two signature cocktails you can choose from. All alcoholic drinks are provided by the bride and groom, so there’s no need to pay. Water and other non-alcoholic beverages will also be available throughout the evening.
Please RSVP by Friday, May 15th, 2026. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception take place on the same property, and there’s a field on the side for guest parking.
We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the day, and we’ll also be using a fun guest camcorder to record short moments throughout the wedding. To keep the ceremony special, please leave phones and personal cameras away during the ceremony. Cell phones are fine at the reception!
Yes! After dinner, enjoy dancing under the pavilion’s fairy lights, music throughout the evening, and yard games including jumbo Connect Four, cornhole (aka beanbag toss), and jumbo Jenga to name a few.
No worries! The venue has clear umbrellas for rain and clear pavilion walls that can be put up to keep out rain from if needed. For hot weather, handheld paper fans will be available for guests. Please leave any provided umbrellas or fans at the venue at the end of the night- they're for guests of the venue to borrow, not keep!
