Flight
The closest airport to our wedding venue and hotel is Denver International Airport (DEN), located about 1 hour away from Evergreen. It’s the best option for out-of-town guests, with plenty of flight options and rental car services. From the airport, you can choose to get a rental car or rideshare to the venue/hotels.
Hotel
We have booked a hotel block at the Comfort Suites Golden West Evergreen. In order to reserve a room in the wedding block you will have to call them, online booking in the block is not available. You can call the hotel at 303-526-2000, tell them that you are booking under the "Taylor-Sauer Wedding Group", which will give you a discounted price for the nights of September 4th and September 5th, checking out on September 6th. There are a variety of rooms offered in the block, below are the room codes and what room they align to. Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided for safe and easy transportation from the Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway to the Ceremony and back. We encourage guests to park at the Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway and shuttle to the ceremony & reception if possible. The parking lot for the Evergreen Lake House is a public lot and parking can be scarce. Shuttle Times: Pick Up from Comfort Suites for Ceremony: 3:45pm Mountain Time First Bus from Reception to Comfort Suites: 8:45pm Mountain Time Last Bus from Reception to Comfort Suites: 11:00pm Mountain Time
