What if I’m taking the shuttle but want to check in early?

Answer

Hotel early check-in begins at 2:30 PM, we changed the shuttle leave time to 2:45 PM, in hopes people don’t have to stress about missing it. We recommend arriving to the hotel a bit earlier (around 2:00 PM) to see if your room is ready so you can drop off your luggage before boarding the shuttle. If your room isn’t available yet, no worries— the hotel can securely hold your bags until after the reception.

Trouble with booking a room at Treasure Island?

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns while booking your room—we’re happy to help! While our room block is currently closed, you can still easily reserve a room in the Buffalo Tower by booking online or calling Treasure Island directly.

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:00 PM to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed under the RSVP section of the website.

what is the dress code?

Answer

SEMI FORMAL ATTIRE We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day, were requesting that all of our guests dress in semi formal attire. Please no jeans and of course, white. The ceremony and reception will be held inside.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

YES! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart from Treasure Island Hotel at 2:45 PM. Please plan to arrive at the front of the hotel no later than 2:30 PM to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle. Return shuttles will run multiple times throughout the evening to bring guests back to the hotel.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! We will be serving a buffet-style dinner with gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. The greatest gift you can give us is being truly present as we say, "I do". We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots on the property. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if needed, but all vehicles must be moved by 12:00 PM the following day.
