When Should I RSVP by?

We will send formal invitations in July and request RSVPs by August 22nd.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive around 4:00pm and everyone is seated by 4:20pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot available onsite, along with a parking attendant to help direct guests. Because rideshare availability can be limited when leaving the venue, we recommend driving or arranging transportation in advance whenever possible.

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided to the wedding venue, as Uber and taxi services are generally available for getting to the venue. Please note that rideshare services can be more difficult to secure when leaving the venue at the end of the evening. A limited-capacity shuttle will depart the venue for Chattanooga around 9:00 PM. Because seating is limited, we recommend arranging transportation in advance and not relying solely on rideshare availability. Taxi services are also available and can be scheduled ahead of time.
