Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond as soon as you know whether or not you can attend. If we don't hear from you by July 1st, we have to assume you will not be attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for everyone to arrive at 4:00 for our Pre Ceremony Happy Hour to enjoy a drink, socialize, and find your seat before the ceremony. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Please follow the signs and parking instructions as you turn into the property. If you are deciding to forego the Pre-Ceremony Happy Hour, please arrive by 4:30 to ensure there is enough time to park and find your seat. Ubers and Lyfts may not be readily available out in Cle Elum. Please make sure you have a ride (and designated driver)! We want everyone to enjoy our night safely :)

Can I bring a date or my kids?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on your invitation. As much as we would love to have everyone, we are limited by the size of our venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to look and feel their best! Our wedding party will be in semi-formal outfits, and we encourage you to do the same! (Think midi or maxi dresses, suits with an optional jacket). Keep in mind that we will be in Scott and Charlene’s backyard, so choose your shoes accordingly.
