Please arrive by 3:30pm to allow plentiful time for parking and getting seated for our 4:00pm ceremony. If you arrive late, our wedding planner will let you know if they are still allowing guests to be seated or if you will need to wait until the ceremony has concluded. If that happens, you will still be able to enjoy the reception so hang tight and we will see you then!
Summer formal. We want you to be comfortable, but please use this as an opportunity to get dressed up with us! Ladies should wear a floor length, midi length or tea length cocktail style dresses. Feel free to be colorful! No black or white, please. Gentlemen should wear suit or tux, tie optional. No jeans. We cannot wait to capture everlasting moments with you in your best outfits!
Weather dependent, we are hopeful for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Dinner and dancing will be inside.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Cocktail Hour will be on the adjoining patio from 4:30pm-5:30pm. The reception will begin around 6pm with dinner and dancing! Our send off will take place shortly before 10pm.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.
We love children but due to restricted numbers and space we cannot invite them all. Please refer to the number of seats saved in your name to know if your kids were specifically invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Our food service for the wedding will be buffet style. If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate this when you RSVP.
Yes, we intend to treat all of our guests to an open bar for the evening. Due to venue rules and ABC restrictions, absolutely NO outside alcohol is allowed.
Yes, shortly before 10pm we will culminate out celebration with a grand exit!
