1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 5pm! You should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early!

2. What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire or Semi-formal attire would be great, but we want everyone to wear what they feel comfortable in! For the bridal party, our colors are light champagne and black!

3. Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on the Patio. If it is too hot, or if it rains, the ceremony will be moved indoors in the Atrium. The reception will be held indoors in the Gold Ballroom.

4. What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

5pm: Ceremony 5:30pm-6:30pm: Cocktail hour 6:30pm- 10:30pm: Reception 10:30pm- 1:30am Afterparty

5. What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The address is 323 Kennett Pike, Mendenhall, PA 19357. If there are any questions about how to get to the location, please reach out to Marissa or Bobby and we will help!

6. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a spacious parking lot.

7. What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner Menu -Caesar Salad -Maple Citrus Salmon-North Atlantic salmon filet marinated and frilled, complemented with an apricot scented basmanti rice and an English cucumber, daikon radish and blood orange relish. Finished with a fig balsamic glaze. OR -Center Cut Sirloin- 6oz. sirloin with a Bordelaise sauce. Served with garlic and horseradish mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables OR -Garden Vegetable Tart- Oven roasted garden vegetables layered in a crispy crust baked to perfection. Accompanied by a portabela and grilled vegetables topped with melted mozzarella cheese and a rich roasted pepper sauce. **Can be prepared vegan.

8. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

You will be able to provide your dietary restrictions with your RSVP! Please let us know so we can address them with our caterer. There will be a Vegetarian or Vegan option available. You can also reach out to us directly if you would prefer, both of our phone numbers are at the bottom of the page.

9. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! The Afterparty will be a cash bar, but the afterparty food is provided by us!

10. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have booked a hotel block at the Inn at Mendenhall. More information on hotel options can be found under the Travel section of our wedding website!

11. What time is Check-in/Check-out at the Inn at Mendenhall?

12. Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that no pictures are taken during the ceremony. We will have a photographer taking pictures, and we can share the photos with everyone when we receive them!

13. What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

You are able to RSVP online through our wedding website by clicking on the RSVP tab and entering your name. Physical RSVP cards can be mailed back to us using the envelope provided! Please reach out with any questions or concerns!!

14. When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by July 13, 2024!

15. I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm here?

Answer

For a few popular bars and restaurants, please refer to the next FAQ question. There is also a bar/restaurant at the Mendenhall Inn. For places to go, please visit the Things to Do section of our wedding website!

17. Do you have a wedding registry?

We do have a wedding registry! It can be found on the Registry tab of our website!

18. Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. They can also be sent directly to us!

19. When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:30pm. If you would like to keep the party going with us, there will be an afterparty beginning at 10:30pm in the bar/lounge!
