The following precautions are being taken in regards to COVID-19: - All guests must wear facemasks on the shuttle to and from the ceremony, once at the ceremony or reception sites you no longer need a mask - Hand sanitizer will be available at every table - Tables will be seated 6ft apart - All vendors will be wearing masks
Unfortunately to keep expenses down we are having an adults only ceremony & reception.
Buffet style BBQ. There will pulled pork, chicken, mac n' cheese, and more.
Yes, there will be an open bar until a half hour before the reception ends.
Cocktail attire/business casual. Women can wear dress pants and blouses, sundresses, rompers, etc. Men can wear dress shirts and khakis/dress pants.
Everything is at the same venue, there will be shuttle services from the ceremony to the reception and the reception is within walking distance for those who do not want to wait for the shuttle.
We are having wedding photos done before the ceremony so the transition from ceremony to reception should be fast. We will try not to keep you waiting!
You CANNOT leave your cars overnight at the venue, please plan ahead to have a cab service drive you to the venue and back or have a DD.
The ceremony will be held in the Round Barn at the reception site. The reception site will be right off the parking lot.
