Schedule

The Wedding Website of Emma Taylor and Preston Hartman
Greetings, family and friends! We're very excited to celebrate our marriage with you among the trees. The ceremony and dinner will be followed by a camp out for those wishing to stay the night. The ranch is in Bailey, CO (about a 1.5 hr drive from Denver). Campers, RV's, tents, and cowperson drifters are permitted for the overnight. After the ceremony and food, it will be bonfires and camp games into the evening. Some beer and wine will be provided, but if you're camping or partial to a particular bevy, feel free to bring along whatever you like. Please allot more travel time than you think. GPS will not work for the last 7-8 miles up to the ranch. We will have signage and detailed directions, but wrong turns are still possible. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO UBER OR LYFT TO OR FROM THE LOCATION. PLEASE PREPARE TO HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER IF YOU'RE NOT CAMPING! We recommend checking the forecast in Bailey to inform weather appropriate gear. Much love, Emma and Preston

Overnight Camping

Sat, Aug 24, 2024, 1:00 pm - Sun, Aug 25, 2024, 12:00 pm

Rustic Creek Ranch
Bailey, CO 80421

Camping Attire

We will be providing firewood, and any beverages still standing after the wedding are fair game. Please bring any additional food and beverage that you'd like for a one-night stay, PLUS all of the amenities you will need for camping. There are no RV hookups at the site, but generators are welcome. We ask that all campers arrive at the site NO LATER than 1:00 PM to ensure full set up.

Ceremony and Dinner

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Rustic Creek Ranch
Bailey, CO 80421

Outdoor Sunday Best

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. If you're not camping, please plan to arrive NO LATER than 3:00 PM to get settled in and have a pre-ceremony drink or two. We will provide the best directions and signage possible. However, the final stretch of the drive is on a dirt road where you will not have cell service. Even a GPS time quote when you're in service shouldn't be considered a reliable estimate. If you're coming from Denver, we recommend departing 2.5 hours before your desired arrival time to account for possible wrong turns and parking arrangement. Hopefully the weather will be pleasant, but it can be unpredictable in the mountains. Please check the forecast for Bailey and bring outerwear as needed. We will be outside in the grass, so we suggest selecting footwear accordingly :)
