What should I wear?
Answer
Formal Wedding/ Cocktail, Wedding party will be in sage/ green. Sneakers/ jeans are not permitted.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Children are welcome but we will need a headcount in advance. Please let us know how many are coming. Children must not be left unattended, please plan accordingly.

Will there be alcohol?

It will be open bar.

When should I arrive?
Answer
Look at the schedule page for ceremony start time. We recommend arriving no later than 15 minutes before. Guests who are late will be required to make a speech, choice is yours.

Will there be parking?

Yes! On site parking is provided.
Question
Is this event going to be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The Ceremony will be held outdoors unless there is inclement weather. If its raining the event will be held indoors, There will also be an outdoor cocktail hour followed by an indoor reception.

Will I be able to request a song to be played?
Answer
No, music will be preplanned ahead of the event. If there is something you would like us to play, please reach out to us ahead of the event.

Me or my plus one have special needs/ dietary restrictions, what do we do?
Answer
Contact us directly, no question/ concern is too small.

I am traveling from out of town, where can I stay?
Answer
We can give lots of recommendations, however we will also welcome those who choose to stay in our hotel block to let us know in advance so the hotel can plan accordingly. There will be more information located on the Travel page.
Question
Is there overnight parking at the Venue?
Answer
The venue allows overnight parking, however must be retrieved promptly the following morning as the venue may be holding another event.
