What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 5:30. Shuttle busses will be available from each hotel to bring guests to the site. Parking is also available at the winery. Please plan to be at the winery between 5-5:15 so we start on time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors. Cocktail hour is outdoors as well, but the patio will be covered by a tent. The reception is indoors.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided by shuttle busses to and from the hotel. Parking is also available at the winery.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

What airport should I fly in to?

Answer

Stewart International Airport (SWF) is closest, but has limited flight options. Westchester County Airport (HPN) would be second closest, but again is smaller and therefore has limited options. If you are flying into a NYC-area airport, we recommend flying into Newark Airport (EWR), but LaGuardia (LGA) and JFK are also options. Albany Airport is a bit further mileage wise, but is also a good option.
