The venue is at Kualoa Ranch, but I recommend staying in the Waikiki area if you are thinking about getting a hotel. We have a block of rooms at The Laylow in Waikiki from Saturday-Wednesday (limited space). There is also the AirBnB option. You can also do this in the Waikiki area, or you can rent a big house in North Shore! The only reason we recommend Waikiki is because it is the city life. Plenty of restaurants walking distance, bars and things to do!
The venue is Kualoa Ranch and is located on the east side of the island. There are not many hotels in that area.
You can drive to Kualoa Ranch and there is easy/free parking right next to the venue :) For those of you drinking, I have a 63 seater bus that can take you from Waikiki area TO the wedding and from the wedding BACK to Waikiki. That way you can take advantage of the OPEN BAR :) Just let me know if you plan on using this option so I can take a head count :)
Yes! There is free parking at the venue if you wish to drive. Otherwise, please let me know if you want to take the charter bus that I have booked for us.
OPEN BAR! All we ask is that you bring cash for tips.
"Island elegant" The venue is outdoors and is all grass. Men- No tie required No jacket required Button shirt and pants acceptable Women- No stiletto heels (because of the grass)
The reception will be at the same venue as the ceremony (both outdoors). They both will be located on grass. The reception will be a few steps away from the outdoor ceremony. It will be held under a large tent where all the tables and dance floor will be located. It is all outdoors so please dress accordingly!
