Taylor and Caleb met in high school. Well, Taylor spotted Caleb over the crowd at freshman orientation and, luckily for her, they ended up in homeroom together. For the next three years, Taylor blushed whenever Caleb looked cluelessly in her direction. Then, a month before senior year, much to Taylor’s embarrassment, Taylor's best friend gave Taylor’s number to one of Caleb’s friends telling him that Caleb should talk to her. A few days later Caleb texted Taylor, quickly asking her out. She tried hard to contain her excitement while they planned their first date. They spent it getting pizza, eating ice cream, and listening to a street musician play the saxophone while they completely lost track of time chatting for hours. They grew to be each other's best friends. Over the next 5 years, they supported each other through a COVID high school graduation, starting college, moving into their first apartment, getting their dog, Mango, moving into their second apartment, and graduating UNH together. On September 1st, 2024 Caleb brought Taylor to Old Landing Park and walked her to a spot where they could look over the water under the shade of a tree. As they approached, she found the handmade bouquet that Caleb had created and left for her, turning as Caleb dropped to his knee. Now they are so excited to celebrate and share their love with you on August 8, 2025.
