Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony is semi-formal. Men, suits or jackets with ties are great, and women, feel free to wear cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates. Please dress comfortably for the weather as the ceremony will be outside. High heels are not recommended as the ceremony is in the grass.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the option to move indoors if you prefer. The reception will take place inside the greenhouse venue, but guests are welcome to enjoy the firepits, bar, and outdoor space during the celebration.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening!

Question

Will transportation be provided from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have a free shuttle service available to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. The shuttle will also take guests staying at the DoubleTree back to the hotel after the reception.

Will there be parking available on property?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at both the block hotel (DoubleTree Battle Creek) and the venue itself. There is also a shuttle that will be available to guests for both welcome drinks on 9/11 and the wedding / reception on 9/12
