We're Getting Married!

After being friends by association for a year or so, they went to a Halloween party together with a group of friends and something clicked. The next week, Will asked Taylor out on a date to Woodlands Barbecue in Blowing Rock (which Taylor didn't realize was a date) and the rest is history! They now have 2 dogs, Rosie and Klaus, and a cat, Callie.

Will picked up the ring on the morning of June 15th, and by that evening, he had proposed. He arranged for Kelsie and Russell (who are both in the wedding party) and their puppy Bailey Mae to come up to Boone as a last minute visit. Taylor being completely oblivious to what was going on, agreed to go on a walk to the park in downtown Blowing Rock. When we got to the gazebo, Kelsie, Russell, and Bailey Mae stopped to read a monument and Will kept walking. Trying not to be rude, Taylor hung back with the visitors, but Will waved her on and said they'd catch up. Will went into the gazebo first, while Taylor nervously checked for bees. When she turned around, he was on one knee!
