Come say hi before the big day! Walk into the bookstore and immediately turn left to where you will see the bookshelf. You will need to say the password "Lyon caught a Bass" and use the book shelf to enter the space. If you’re around, swing by! This is not a structured event, just a fun chance to catch up before the weekend begins.
4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before our ceremony start time of 4:00 PM. Doors to the ceremony will close at 3:50 PM to ensure a timely start. Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour inside the mansion. Our reception will begin at 5:45 PM in the Carriage House next door. We can’t wait to celebrate with each of you!
10:30 pm - 11:00 pm
While parking is available at the venue for those who prefer to drive, cars cannot be left overnight after the wedding. We understand the venue is about 25 minutes from the hotels and we absolutely want everyone to get back safely. To ensure this, we encourage guests to use Uber or rideshare to arrive at the venue. After the wedding, Ubers will not be in abundance from our venue so we will provide complimentary charter buses to drop guests off at the Sinclair, AC Hotel and TownPlace Suites in downtown Fort Worth. (If you are not staying at one of these hotels, any of the 3 drop off points would be a short and easy uber to catch to your hotel). The shuttle bus will depart 2 separate times in case anyone can’t stay with us until the end of the night. 1st departure will be at 9pm 2nd departure will be after grand exit at 10:30pm Please let us know below if you would like to use the bus so we can plan accordingly!
