Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.
You will be able to drop off in the circle at Haven, but then you will be directed to park in Lot D behind St. Francis Receiving off Trigger Rd. and Rt. 150. Due to this being far, there will be a transport shuttle taking guests to and from their car all day/night.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is garden attire or cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim.
The ceremony is planned to be an outdoor event, contingent on the weather. The lane is shaded, but please make sure you hydrate and come prepared as it could be a hot day! Cocktail hour will be outside as well.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!
Unfortunately, we are limited on space at our venue. We kindly ask that if a guest is not listed on your invitation, that you respectfully join us solo! We hope you understand our decision.
We would love to have everyone to attend (especially your littles)...however, if your invite does not include kids, then please consider this a parents' night out!
Yes! Beer, wine, speciality drinks, limited liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us.
