When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can attend our big day! All RSVPs are due by May 15th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love and welcome the little ones of our closest friends and family traveling to celebrate with us! With that being said, please refer to your RSVP online to see if they are included on the invitation. We kindly ask you to try to make it a date night if your child/children are not included due to limited seating available for all our guests. We appreciate your support in making this day as special as possible!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your RSVP online to see if a plus one was included in your invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo and enjoy the celebration with all our amazing guests!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

We truly hope to celebrate with you, but due to vendor deadlines and the need for accurate headcounts, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by May 15th. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we will have to assume you’re unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding and help in making sure everything is planned smoothly for our special day!

What should I do if I’m unable to attend?

Answer

While we will miss you, we completely understand! If you’re unable to attend, please still take a moment to make sure you submit your RSVP and select “not attending”. This helps us finalize our headcount and planning with our vendors. Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re there in person or cheering us on from afar!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at The August House venue where both the ceremony and dance are held. You are able to leave your vehicles over night if needed, they just require you have them removed by 10 am the next morning.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We want to make sure all our guests get back safely! There will be a shuttle available to guests to ride back to The Astoria Hotel after the dance.

Are we allowed to bring our own alcohol?

Answer

No, per North Dakota law, no outside alcohol is allowed on site- in the venue or in the parking lot. All alcohol will have to be purchased through the bar provided at by venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM, MOUNTAIN TIME. Please try to arrive no later than 3:50 PM as we want to make this as intimate and uninterrupted as possible! Thank you for being mindful and helping us create a beautiful experience!

Dickinson is in the mountain time zone so please keep that in mind when planning your travel time. The wedding ceremony will start at 4 pm, MT.
