Gate opens at 4:30pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 5pm! Please note: the zoo closes at 4pm so guests will not be allowed to enter until 4:30pm. Guests can only enter through the Pelican gate. If you are taking the hotel shuttle, it will drop you off at the gate entrance. If you're being dropped off by Uber/Lyft please use the Mansion House address and drop off at Pelican gate or walk from the Mansion House lot. There will be security present if you have questions or need assistance.
Yes! The shuttle will arrive at the Marriott entrance at 4pm and drop off at the Pelican gate. At the end of the night, the shuttle will leave from the Mansion House entrance and head back to the Marriott. There will be two time slots: first shuttle leaves at 9:30pm and the second shuttle at 10:30pm.
There is parking available but it is limited. The Mansion House has a private lot, and any overflow can park along the driveway leading up to the house. If you park in front of Pelican gate you will have to move your car to Mansion House lot after the ceremony.
Yes! We will have a few surprise guests joining us for cocktails at the Mansion House!
First of all, don't put that into the universe. But if it does, our ceremony will be moved inside to our reception location at the Mansion House.
No, the zoo will be closed. Penguin sightings are likely as our ceremony takes place right at their exhibit, but we cannot explore other exhibits. If you would like to visit the zoo earlier in the day, our guests receive discounted tickets on Sunday, just mention Horrom wedding at the main gate.
