Tiasha and Ashleigh have been best friends (4 ever!) since 2nd grade at E.W. Chittum Elementary School. Ashleigh has long been a permanent member of the Bhowmik family. The two ladies share a common love for fem-indie rock, terribly cheesy coming of age films, and laying on the couch and watching Netflix. No matter where they’ve moved, Ashleigh and Tiasha never have been able to find anyone else who loves their interests as much as each other - so essentially this friendship is irreplaceable! Ashleigh currently lives in Roanoke, VA and Tiasha is *patiently* waiting for her BFF to move back down the street :)
Mimi Das

Sister in law by chance friends by choice - Tiasha feels so lucky! Mimi is the sister she never had and always wanted. It is rare that one finds another with whom she can be immediate friends. Mimi is a soul sister through and through! As fate would have it, Tiasha and Mimi are both getting married in 2019 and are both bridesmaids in each others’ weddings. Tiasha has shared a special connection with Mimi since they met and can’t wait to create more memories as they grow together through the years!

Tiasha still remembers the day she held Ashley as a newborn in the hospital! Ashley has always been a younger sister to Tiasha - even though she is constantly schooling Tiasha on how to properly use social media and be cool. Tiasha still remembers when she used to have to convince Ashley to eat more than a can of Coca-Cola for dinner and now Ashley is the one showing Tiasha all the hottest eateries in the land. Ashley is living her best life in Brooklyn, NY with a cool new job that Tiasha still doesn’t quite understand but has mad respect for.
Raeesah Islam

Raeesah (AKA “Rice,” AKA “UtopiaFeni”) is another friend since she and Tiasha have been in diapers. Raeesah is a successful girl boss, changing the game in VA Beach, and basically creating an empire of artists/creative minds all around Hampton Roads. Raeesah has always had an innate business acumen and is another powerful inspiration to Tiasha. Raeesah and Tiasha have a bond to withstand space and time - always picking up where they left off and always spilling their guts to each other on every emotional and hairbrand decision they’ve ever made. They hope to eventually own the entirety of Hampton Roads both figuratively and literally!
Nausheen Baksh

Tiasha’s dad used to call Nausheen (AKA Nushi) “Chingri-mas” which translates to “shrimp” because that’s how small Nushi was when her family moved to Chesapeake in the early 2000’s. A close friend since elementary school, Nushi and Tiasha share so many memories of making up choreographed dances to Christina Aguilera songs, sleepovers, and rides in the car to and from school. Nushi is living the dream, hustling hard in Philly, and is a constant inspiration!
Zack Flory

Isaac Long Flory V has been a long time friend of Taylor since they were kids. They first met while playing little league tackle football for The Colts, where they almost become city champs! After a few well placed fart jokes they become friends for life. Zack currently works at Smithfield Food, and is happily married to his dog Kane.
Travis Ruffin

Travis Ruffin has known Taylor the longest. They used to sit together during lunch at Western Branch Primary, where Taylor would trade Travis for his popcorn every day. Travis moved back to Chesapeake after getting his Masters in Marine Biology, reigniting his evergreen friendship with Taylor once again. Travis still loves popcorn to this day.
Nate Baldwin

Nathan Baldwin met Taylor at Randolph-Macon College as well. Nathan, a spiffy young man, taught Taylor the basics of how to dress properly, and that not all shorts must be jorts. Currently, he works for Seniorcorp in Virginia Beach, and is a “beach kid” for life. Nathan loves motorcycles, fish, and shiny gadgets/objects.
Tom Tattersall

Thomas “Tater Tot” Tattersall honored Taylor with his friendship during their stint at RMC. Thomas is well-known for his ability to materialize shenanigans and parties out of thin air. He is currently the Executive Director of The First Tee of Harrisonburg, an organization that teaches golf and life lessons to at-risk youths. Tom lives in Waynesboro, but his heart resides in NOLA. His spirit animal is bourbon and he loves his mama.
Will Hundley
Groomsman
William Hundley met Taylor in college at Randolph Macon while chartering their fraternity Phi Kappa Sigma. They quickly bonded over their mutual love for Domino’s Pepperoni Handmade Pan Pizza and cheesy esoteric 80s movies. Today, Will can either be found running security at The National in RVA or eating copious amounts of Nerds Rope.
