To be completely honest, I can’t tell you when exactly I met Taylor Barnes. I feel like we’ve kind of just spawned into each other’s lives when we were kids and she has never been able to get rid of me since. So much so that we joke and tell people that we’re practically cousins. Growing up we’ve done cheer together and many other activities throughout our childhood and she had become one of my favorite humans and best friends in this world. It has been such a blessing these past decades to witness her greatness as a child, a teen, a young adult, a star, a teacher, and now a beautiful wife and mother while cheering her on every step of the way. It’s such an honor to be her Maid of Honor because she knows I will be right there continuing to be one of her biggest cheerleaders as she walks down the isle and step into this new journey of her womanhood. I cannot wait to experience such beauties of life with my friend and raise our babies together as cousins too (lol). I couldn’t be more happier for Taylor and Taylor!! I love you guys so much! It feels like I’ve know Taylor my whole life but in reality we only met in middle school after my mom and Taylor’s cousin, who were high school sweethearts reconnected. We instantly clicked because we had so much in common, including our love for dance. We’ve gotten to make so many unforgettable memories together over the years including, traveling to multiples states, sitting first row at a ballet, vacationing in Mexico, and even attending college together for a year but the one that tops them all is getting to step into motherhood together and her being the best God-mom to my son. I’m so beyond honored to stand by her side as she becomes a wife just like she did for me. Taylor, I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and I can’t wait to continue making memories together.

I’ve known Taylor since she was a little girl. I used to see her walking around my high school with her dad, my high school teacher, wearing cute pigtails and knee-high stockings. Fast forward to our adult life; over the past few years, we’ve grown a strong bond from Sunday Funday, brunch, baby showers, and wedding planning. It has been beautiful witnessing her flourish as a woman. I am honored to have a friend who is patient, kind, and overall beautiful inside and out. She deserves everything she desires and more. Taylor and I have shared countless memories over the years, ever since we first met in 8th grade when our school principal (her dad) introduced us to each other and we clicked immediately! We became best friends in high school, cheering and dancing together, and supporting each other through all of life's ups and downs. From 8th grade to now, we've experienced so much together, including having our baby girls just 7 months apart! I believe God knew what He was doing when He allowed our paths to cross nearly 12 years ago! I'm honored to stand by her side on her special day. Taylor and I met in the second grade, and we instantly clicked. We have been best friends ever since. From the ages of 7-17, we were always by each other’s side, whether it was cheering/dancing together or spending almost every weekend at each other’s houses. Despite all of the different obstacles life throws at you, we’ve managed to remain friends for nearly 20 years now, and she will always have a special place in my heart. I’m beyond grateful that Taylor has given me the honor of standing by her side on her special day. I can’t wait to watch you on this new journey and wish you a lifetime full of love and happiness.

I will always cherish the memories I have made with Taylor as we grew up to be the women we are today, from Summers down in Louisiana to all those times we would go to the haunted house during Halloween time! Those memories will stick with me forever, but standing by her side on her wedding day will be a new memory I will never forget. It brings me so much joy that she has found her perfect match, a partner she gets to share new experiences and love. Taylor is not only an amazing cousin, but a wonderful friend – and I feel blessed to have witnessed her growth from diapers until now.
