Tara and Taylor met in college, they served on a college worship team, and quickly grew fond of each other. After a long-awaited first date, many hours full of laughter and smiles, they became more than friends. On Cinco de Mayo two-thousand-and-sixteen, Taylor asked Tara to make it official. Over three years, their love has flourished. They are not only best friends, but lifelong partners willing to put one another above themselves, challenge each other to become better versions of themselves, and most importantly, love God above all else. They currently live in Fort Collins minutes away from each other, and have a sweet golden-labrador puppy named Fisher. Taylor works as a hydraulic engineer and manager of the hydraulics laboratory at Colorado State University. Tara works as a home healthcare certified nursing assistant. They enjoy a simple life together and spending quality time with family and friends. And as Colorado natives, they love the mountains. Taylor asked Tara to be his wife the eleventh of May this year at Dream Lake in Estes Park, and she said, "1000 times YES!" They are both so excited to invite you to be a part of their love story this September in this celebration of love for a lifetime!
