Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Casual to athleisure wear, we want you to be comfortable. Bring a jacket if the evening gets a bit chilly.

Family style pasta dinner followed by a cozy outdoor movie and presentation. Roasting S'mores over the fire for dessert!

Rehearsal

3:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Only guests involved in the ceremony and set up need to be in attendance. Pizza in Sandpoint, ID following the rehearsal.

Wedding Ceremony

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Semi Formal Attire: Please wear All BLACK. Men may wear a white shirt with black pants and black tie. Reserve the colors white/ivory/cream for the Bride. The ceremony will be at the top of the chair lift and will require walking on unleveled ground and natural mountain terrain. Women should wear shoes they feel comfortable walking in this terrain.

To get to the top of the mountain you will be taking the chair lift. It is a 15 minute ride up. Please arrive to the chairlift at 2:00 to allow time for all guests to be seated before the wedding procession begins. If you are not up the chair lift and seated before the wedding procession begins, you may join us for the cocktail hour and reception. The ceremony is an outdoor event so please dress according to the weather. REMINDER: On the chair lift ride up the mountain, if you need more time getting on or off the chair it is YOUR responsibility to tell the lift operator to stop or slow the chair.
