We're getting married!

During the summer of 2020, Steven found himself at home all alone with his brother, Nate. Jeff and Cindy (parents) and JoJo (little sister) were in Mount Shasta, CA enjoying some vacation time. Well, what do you think is going to happen when two college boys have a house to themselves for a week during the summer.....? Party time! As people started to show up, Steven got a text from a high school friend, Grace Terry, that she and some of her friends were pulling in. Who was one of those friends? You guessed it, it was Tay! They hit it off all night, and even after the party was over, she came back to the house a couple of days later for a movie date, which Steven considers the first "official date."
