Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we highly recommend for our guests to stay at the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva where we have a room block and discounted group rate. Please see our "Travel" page for other suggestions.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any dietary restrictions and allergies when you RSVP.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

It's an oceanfront wedding hosted on an outdoor terrace (not on the beach). The weather will be warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We suggest cocktail dresses and suits but feel free to dress to impress if you would like to wear something more formal. More importantly, we want everyone to be comfortable and have fun. Bring your dancing shoes.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a welcome event on Thursday, March 3. There will also be a brunch on Sunday, March 6. Details of these events are listed on the "Schedule" page.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our entire wedding will be held outdoors. High and low average temperatures in Puerto Vallarta are 86 degrees and 66 degrees respectively with a very low chance of rain in March.

Question

Will the Ceremony or Reception be on the beach/sand?

Answer

No, the wedding will be held at outdoor terraces (hard surfaces). Please choose your footwear accordingly.

Question

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Masks are optional at our wedding but will be available at the venue.

Question

COVID-19 Information for Travelers to Mexico

Answer

Please do not travel if you are sick or experiencing COVID-like symptoms. Currently, passengers traveling to Mexico do not need to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result to enter the country. However, all air passengers returning to the United States are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result regardless of vaccination status. Please prepare to take your test in Mexico and follow the guidelines of the CDC and your airline. Many airlines have trusted testing partners and will allow you to take an At-Home Test from your hotel and upload your results electronically (this is our recommended option). For more information, check with your airline and CDC guidelines, visit: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/covid-3/coronavirus
