Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Hart Ranch in Gallatin Gateway, MT. The address is: 73800 Gallatin Road, Gallatin Gateway, Montana 59730.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or colors close to it. Please note the wedding ceremony is outdoors and the cocktail hour/reception will be open to the outside. Montana weather can be unpredictable in early June. We encourage guests to check the weather often leading up to the event and bringing appropriate layers as needed.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest" or "and Family" then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We would love to have your entire family celebrate with us but please note that parts of our reception will be geared for adults.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP online by no later than May 1, 2026. Late RSVPs cannot be accommodated as final guest counts will have been sent to our vendors.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the only gift we need (but seriously our coffee pot is on its last leg). Our registry can be found on our website under "Registry" tab. We would love if you sent any registry gifts to our home address since we will be flying back from the wedding & will have limited space. Thank you!!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the wedding venue by no later than 4:40 PM. If you typically run late, then please plan to arrive at the wedding venue by no later than 4:00 PM. If you plan to drive to the wedding, please be aware of slower speed limits and traffic build-up in the Gallatin Canyon.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be held inside with venue doors raised to the outside.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We are bringing a little bit of Texas to Montana and having barbecue! We can accommodate any dietary restrictions - Please notate this in your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

A bus will be taking guests from Field & Stream Hotel to the venue at 4:00 PM. A bus will return guests back from the venue to Field & Stream Hotel leaving every hour starting at 9 PM.

If I drive, can I leave my Vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

We want to make sure all of our guests make it home safely, so if that means leaving your vehicle overnight, that’s just fine. All remaining vehicles must be picked up by 9:30 AM the next morning. But to avoid this all together, please feel free to take our high-end luxury wedding shuttle (i.e. school bus) to and from the venue.

Does Bozeman have ubers/lyft?

Answer

Within Bozeman city limits, uber is available 24/7. Service quality decreases significantly outside the main city area, with drivers often unwilling to travel far for pickups to trailheads or other areas (like our wedding venue). In short, it is easier to find rides within the city and FROM Bozeman TO an area outside of Bozeman (i.e. Gallatin Gateway). However, it is harder to find rides from outside of the city back TO Bozeman.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception and post on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so please refrain from taking out your phone and taking pictures then. We'd like our photographer to get the best moments! For the reception, snap & post away!
