Maid of Honor
Can you believe we "did not like" one another when we first met (lol)? We were nine years old at the time and our hate-relationship surely turned into the best friendship. We have grown together, gotten in trouble together, and have shared and kept so many secrets along the way. At one point, Surae's mom offered to buy my parents groceries because she was over our house so much. When we were not together, we would get in trouble for tying up our parents phone lines because we talked on the phone so much (what did we possibly have to talk about?). 15 years later, we are inseparable-polar-opposite-soulmates (as I refer to it) and I could not imagine life without her, let alone not having her stand by my side, as my Maid of Honor!

Brittany is obviously my "long lost twin" according to the shoppers at Dot's Fashion where we both worked and met almost 8 years ago. Customers constantly mistook us for one another. After a while, when asked "Are you Brittany? You helped me pick out this dress last week..." I would just shake my head yes. Long after Dot's Fashion closed down our friendship continued. Brittany is a friend that you loose track of time with and spend hours chatting and laughing with until you can't handle anymore. Brittany is there for me to celebrate my wins and to pick me up when I lose. Her love and support is unmatched! I couldn't imagine this day without her!

That one friend that... just gets everything about you... Meet Natalie! I can trust that she will share her honest opinion with me and always be there for me. Natalie is like the voice in my head, affirming everything that crosses my mind. She has always had my back and I have always had hers. When we later found out we were technically related, it all made sense! I will forever cherish the times we may or may not have copied each others spanish-3 homework (lol), the times we almost died in summer basketball practice, fall ball and conditioning (running) for try-outs. Not to mention, the legendary locker room moments before our basketball games with BGOD (insider)! Natalie will forever hold a special place in my heart! I am Blessed to have her standing with me!

In high school, Danielle and I, were attached at the hip, literally! We spent just about every weekend together for almost 2 years straight, creating some of the best and most hilarious memories along with other friends. Danielle and I have gotten each other through some rather challenging and shaping times in our lives. She was there for me when it mattered the most. I am forever grateful for the long nights of uncontrollable laughter, her shoulder to cry on, and her friendship to depend on. It feels like yesterday we were picking out our prom dresses. Now she will be standing with me on my wedding day! This day would not feel complete without her!

I will never forget the day I started working at Dot's Fashion, Shanna yelled at me across the store and said "You're too quiet! I need you to talk!". Ever since then we have been able to talk and share so much laughter for hours and hours and yes...hours! We all have those co-workers that know more about us than some of the most important people in our lives, well that is the relationship that Shanna and I share, along with Brittany who also worked with us. Our friendships grew so strong that it spilled over into our regular lives and 8 years later we are still the best of friends. We love on each other, uplift, support, and encourage one another. Shanna is one of my biggest cheer-leaders in life and I cant wait to see her tears-of-joy, as i walk down the isle on my wedding day!
