On March 25, 2022, fate (and KU basketball) gave us both a second chance at love. Our paths crossed enjoying some March Madness at Chicken N Pickle, and the rest, as they say, is history. Or at least a really good story we’ll never get tired of telling! We often laugh at how lucky and wonderful it is that our paths crossed when they did. Life has a funny way of bringing the right people together at the right time, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve played a meaningful role in our lives — whether you’ve known us separately or as a couple. Our family and friends mean everything to us. You have provided love and cheered us on, traveled with us, laughed with us, shared meals and many bottles of wine. You’ve been the community that has shaped us, supported us always, and made us who we are today. Together, we’ve built a life filled with adventure: traveling, eating (a lot), enjoying wine, catching games, and gathering with the people we love most. At the heart of it all is gratitude, for each other, and for all of you. Having you by our side to celebrate this chapter means the world to us!
