How do I RSVP?

Answer

We have not included physical RSVPs with our invitations. Go to the "RSVP" tab here, on our website!

What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 15th, 2025. Head to the "RSVP" tab here on our website!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! We are looking forward to spending our special day with all the wonderful people in our lives, but we completely understand! Please RSVP "decline" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all your kiddos, only those in our immediate family will be in attendance. We thank you for understanding.

What will I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/dressy casual. Our wedding party colors are plum, ivory and lilac. Please NO white/ivory/off-white/cream etc.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking around the venue!

What time does the Ceremony start?

Answer

They ceremony will begin at 4:15. Please arrive no later than 4:10, as to not interrupt the ceremony after it starts!

What happens if I'm running late?

Answer

We ask that you do your best to arrive prior to the ceremony starting, but we understand things happen. Please arrive as quietly as possible. If there are open seats available at the back of the ceremony, please take a seat. If not, feel free to stand until the ceremony has concluded.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We as that once the ceremony begins all phones be silenced and put away. We would love for our friends and family to be fully present during this time. Our photographer will capture all the best moments, which we will share with you as soon as we get them back! We promise you will love her work! Once the ceremony is over please feel free to capture as many memories as you would like! All we ask is you share those photos with us as well!

Can I post pictures on social media?

Absolutely! We only ask that you wait for us to announce our special day with photos first.

Are the Ceremony and Reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place right outside the reception venue. Both locations are easily accessible and a short walk from parking.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting our ceremony will be outdoors. If there is inclement weather, we will move into the bar area of the Dousman house. The reception will be held inside the building.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will host an open bar for a limited time during our cocktail hour, dinner and reception. Please feel free to bring cash and/or credit card if you would like to purchase additional beverages after this time.

We will be having a buffet style meal including: - House salad - Pork loin with a pineapple-cinnamon glaze on the side - Roasted chicken breast in a white wine cream sauce - baked potatoes - garlic green beans If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns, please call, text or let us know at ryntayashmore@gmail.com !

Can I bring my own adult beverages

Answer

We will have an open bar for a limited time during the reception. There will also be a variety of non-alcoholic beverages offered during dinner. Due to venue policy and regulation, no alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought on the premise.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The last song will be played at 11:15 to allow everyone time to say they're good-byes!

We have a block of rooms at the Quality Inn and Suites at 37268 U.S. 18, Prairie du Chien, WI 53821.
