Yes, there will be round trip shuttle service provided to and from the Courtyard Marriott. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, we ask that you walk to the Courtyard to catch the shuttle. See the "TRAVEL" tab for more information.
There is free valet parking at the venue, and cars can be left in the parking lot overnight at the venue (pickup by 12pm the next day) if needed. If you are planning to drive, please keep in mind that the roads near our venue are dark and windy at night. An alternate option is to drive to/from the Courtyard Marriott and take the shuttle to/from the venue itself.
Please plan to arrive at 6:15PM. There will be light refreshments to keep you cool while you wait for us to walk down the aisle. The shuttle bus will leave the Marriott at 5:45.
Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside is fully air conditioned with hard flooring throughout. Ceremony: Rain or shine, our ceremony will take place in a glass covered space with seating for all. Cocktail hour: There are large indoor and outdoor spaces for cocktail hour, all with plenty of seating. Reception: Plan to dance the night away in the rustic ballroom. We hope to open the doors to the outdoor patio for s'mores over the fire at the end of the night!
As much as we adore your little ones, to give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Your invitation will answer this for each guest, however based on room and budget restrictions we cannot allow extra guests (if not included on your invitation) at this time. We will be sure to seat you with people you know and love!
Having you there to celebrate with us is a gift in itself, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and card box in the reception room for your convenience.
