We ask that guests wear Semi-Formal attire. We plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour on the main lawn (weather permitting) and the reception indoors. We do recommend that guests layer with a wrap or shawl incase temperatures are colder than expected as the sun goes down.
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm, please plan to arrive 15-20 min prior to ensure you have time to park if needed, and to find your way to the ceremony space at the hotel.
Yes! The Crescent Hotel has a large parking lot in the front with free parking.
The Basin Park Hotel is the Crescent Hotel's sister property and does have a complimentary shuttle service between the properties for guests if you choose to stay there. There are a variety of lodging options to stay in Eureka Springs. We would recommend considering both hotels and vacation rentals/cabins, especially for larger parties. October is a popular month to visit Eureka Springs so we do recommend planning ahead to ensure availability.
