City of SD charges for parking at Balboa Park from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking passes aren't provided for the event, but please Venmo request us (@phoebe-shah) for reimbursement!
Option 1:
Since parking enforcement ends at 6 p.m., you can pay $10 for 4hrs at the parking meters in the parking lots. You'll need your license plate number!
Option 2:
(for residents who register online)
$5 for a 3-year pass for levels 2 & 3** ~ green sections on the map. Once you register, passes for level 1 blue lots are half-off online. You must register their vehicle’s license plate at SanDiego.ThePermitPortal.com. The resident verification process takes 2 business days and can only be done online.
