While Herron Island is close, we do not suggest staying there (unless you plan to canoe to and from the wedding). The only way to get on and off the island is via an 8 car private ferry that runs once an hour with the last ferry running at 8:30pm. If you are staying in Gig Harbor, you can either drive or take one of the provided shuttles. They will depart from The Best Western Wesley Inn & Suites, The Inn at Gig Harbor, and The Maritime Inn. The wedding takes place down an unlit service road and we want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the evening and get home safe. As we get closer to the wedding weekend, we will post a shuttle schedule here on the website. If you prefer to drive, there will be parking available at the venue as well.
