The dress code is Summer cocktail attire - think cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit for women and a suit or sportscoat with slacks for the men. The ceremony and dinner will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will be outside on grass if weather allows and it can be hot in August!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30, so please arrive a couple of minutes early in order to be seated.
Appetizers at cocktail hour will be followed by dinner and cake. There will be an open bar serving soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks throughout the event woohoo!
Yes! Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we will gladly accomodate.
The ceremony will take place inside a church and dinner will take place at the golf course's restaurant, both of which are air conditioned. The cocktail hour will be outside at the golf course if weather allows and the restaurant has a balcony with beautiful views if you feel more comfortable spending time outside.
Please let us know if you will be coming and what you would like to eat through the RSVP tab of this site by July 1st so we can plan accordingly
Be weary of altitude changes for those coming from near sea level! To best prevent any symptoms, be sure to drink plenty of water, eat carbs, and be aware the alcohol will affect you more at higher altitudes. Also, don’t forget to wear sunscreen especially if you hike as the sun can be quite intense here!
