What is the dress code?

Who does my invitation include?

Answer

Due to the need for an exact head count, we kindly ask that you limit responses / guests to those included on your invitation. We have made our best effort to include "plus one" guests on the invitations for those we are aware will have one. Unless indicated on your invitation, children are not included due to capacity limitations. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Taylor or Nicole.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our meal for the evening will be buffet style so there will be plenty to select from. However, if you have specific dietary needs or allergies please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ceremony start to ensure you can find the location, park, and walk to the ceremony space. Staff will be available to guide you as needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site and staff will be available to direct you to the appropriate lot.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony to be held in the Four Seasons Garden at Heartwood Hall (outdoor venue). If weather does not permit, the ceremony will be held indoors at the venue. The cocktail hour to follow will also be held outside. (Will be indoor if weather does not permit). The reception will be held inside at Heartwood Hall with outdoor space available as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony is not available, though Uber and Lift are always good choices if needed! We treasure all of our guests and want to ensure that every one has a safe and healthy evening so if you plan to drink, please be sure to have a planned ride back to your hotel.

Is photography allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from photography during the ceremony to preserve the quality of our professional photos. A professional photographer will be on site all day however after the ceremony we encourage lots of personal photos as well!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be served. We plan to have an full bar with beverages / cocktails available for purchase. We will have signature cocktails available free of cost as well. Please be aware that Heartwood Hall does have a policy prohibiting any outside alcohol on the property. If outside alcohol is discovered, the happy couple will be fined :(

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Your formal invitation will include a postage paid RSVP card. Please return this to the couple by May 1.
