Where is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be located at the Lizton Lodge. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, weather permitting. In the case of extreme heat or rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Are children invited to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, we have opted for an adult-only ceremony/reception to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar that offers a limited selection of beer, wine, and seltzers.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests wear semi-formal attire — wear something comfortable to dance in! Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream as these colors are typically reserved for the bride. The bridal party will be wearing pink satin dresses.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue. Follow the signage after entering the property off of County Rd 100.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a limited capacity at the venue, so anyone not listed on your formal invitation or under your name when you RSVP, unfortunately cannot attend the ceremony/reception. If you have a plus one, the word “guest” will populate under your name when RSVPing. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride and groom!

Do we have a registry?

Answer

Yes, however gifts are not expected as your presence is a gift enough to us! We have created a honeymoon fund and Amazon/At Home registry listed under the registry tab for anyone wanting to spoil us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30, so we recommend you arrive at the venue and are seated by 4:15 to ensure everything runs smoothly!

When will the reception end?

Answer

The lodge allows the party to continue until 10pm. You are welcome to stay for the whole duration of the event or slip out when you feel the time is right!
