Answer

Ceremony: there is a small parking lot in the back of the church. Otherwise, plenty of street-parking available. Reception: there will be free parking near the venue (no overnight parking). Enter parking lot at 435 N. 2nd Street. Uber and Lyft are also great options.

Attire is Formal/Cocktail, such as midi or knee-length cocktail dress for women and suit and tie for men.
