Yes! Shuttles will be making stops between Hotel Winters and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Winters Davis before and after the wedding, from 3:45 PM to 10:45 PM. These are also the hotels where we have our discounted room blocks, so be sure to book your stay there for easy transportation to and from the celebration!
Dress to impress — we’re getting fancy! Men: Suits and ties. Women: Elegant dresses or chic cocktail attire. Our color vibe is romantic spring & jewel tones— pinks, maroon/berry shades, yellows, greens, champagne, gold, black, silver, ect… Can’t wait to celebrate in style with you all!
Only guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP.
While we love little ones, our wedding is mainly adults only unless otherwise noted on your invitation!
We won’t be hosting a formal welcome party, but we’ll be having dinner at Carboni's Italian Ristorante at 5:30 PM next to Hotel Winters. If you’re around and want to stop by to say hi or hang out, you’re more than welcome to join us!
Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to the ceremony time to find yourself parking and a seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so plan to arrive by 4pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.
If we do not receive your RSPV by February 7th, then you will be automatically be marked as " Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!!

The first two rows of chairs are reserved for immediate family, bridal party & groomsman as they will not be standing behind bride & groom during the ceremony. Signs will show which seats are reserved. All other seats are open! We ask that you fill in front to back to ensure everyone gets a great seat!
