Additionally, you'll find a weekend questionnaire on the same link to help us with some additional weekend information. Please RSVP and provide payment no later than 6/1!

How do I pay for my weekend stay?

We've made the payment process for the weekend as simple as possible! To ensure your spot at the celebration, please follow these simple steps: 1. Pay Here: Head to https://mitch-taylor-s-wedding-weekend.cheddarup.com to conveniently provide your all-inclusive payment of $500 per person for the entire weekend. 2. Enjoy Worry-Free Celebrations: Your $500 payment covers the entirety of the weekend (accommodations, festivities, food, drink, etc.) leaving you free to focus on the joyous moments without any additional out-of-pocket costs once you're at The Ark on Lake Lanier.

Do I have to book a room?
Answer
Exciting news! You don't need to worry about booking a room for our wedding weekend. We've reserved the entire stunning property just for our celebration, and we will be taking care of room assignments. Once you RSVP and provide payment, we will reach out with your exact room assignment prior to the wedding weekend!

Will I have my own room?
Answer
We understand the importance of personal space and want to ensure that everyone is comfortable during their stay. Our accommodation arrangements include a mix of styles, and we will prioritize providing couples with their own room. However, please note that some guests may be sharing rooms. If you have a strong preference for not sharing, please let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request! Rest assured, we'll do our best to ensure you stay with someone you know and are comfortable with. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to make everyone's experience enjoyable!

How do I get there?

The ark is ~1 hour from Atlanta airport. For those flying into Atlanta, we will be arranging transportation to/from the airport. If you plan to drive, the address is: 6250 Old Dawsonville Rd, Gainesville, GA 30506

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
No, you will not need to rent a car. All weekend activities will be at the Ark, and any needed transportation will be provided.

If your invitation does not specify that you have a +1, please understand that we are planning a small and intimate wedding with limited capacity.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Casual chic, garden party-esque! We want everyone to be comfortable and be ready for a night of fun. For the guys: Ditch the suits! We encourage you to go for a smart-casual look. Think button down shirts (short sleeve or long sleeve), khakis, chinos, or linen pants. Ties are totally optional, and feel free to trade your dress shoes for a polished pair of loafers or dressy sneakers. Let's keep it comfortable and cool. For the gals: Bring out your bold, bright, or floral dresses! Whether it's a vibrant dress or a chic jumpsuit, feel free to express your style with a pop of color or a fun floral pattern!

What if I can't make it?
Answer
We completely understand that not everyone will be able to make a weekend away work! If you are unable to attend but would still like to celebrate, we will be having a post-wedding celebration in Rochester for extended family, friends, and those who cannot attend, Labor Day weekend (Saturday, August 31st).
