We ask that all guests RSVP by August 15th so that we can be thoroughly prepared to accommodate all those who can attend. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly.
Since our event will be outside, we have set the dress code as dressy casual. Please wear comfortable footwear to walk on dirt and grass while also feeling like your best self.
When filling out the RSVP on our website, it will have a section to write in a guest if we have given you a plus one. If you do not have this option when filling out your RSVP and you would like to bring someone, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate.
We have planned accordingly that all individuals with children are welcome to bring the whole family if they would like. Family is very important to us, and we would love to have everyone there, even those who might be too young to remember. We only ask that everyone be respectful of our day, especially during important moments such as the ceremony, first dance, etc.
When typing the address into your GPS, there may be different options that come up. The town may come up as Sutton, North Sutton, or Wilmot, all with different zip codes. All options will get you to the same spot, but we have included directions from Interstate 89 below for extra clarification. However, please be sure to follow Pound Rd North, as there is a Pound Rd South. From 89N - Take Exit 10 and Turn LEFT to go under the overpasses onto Gile Pond Rd. From 89S - Take Exit 10 and Turn RIGHT onto Gile Pond Rd. Continue to the end of Gile Pond Rd. and turn LEFT onto RTE 114. Shortly, turn LEFT onto Pound Road North (This is a steep, dirt road.) Continue all the way up the road until you reach the end, and the driveway to the Caterino residence will be on the RIGHT, where you will see the reception tent and parking.
There will be a designated area across from the reception tent where a majority of guests will be able to park, especially those who may have difficulty walking. If this area becomes full, there will be more parking available on the side of Pound Road North, as long as you're not afraid of a little walk. All neighbors are aware of the event and understand there will be an influx of traffic on a road that is otherwise very quiet. All that being said, if you can carpool with others, it would be much appreciated.
We do not have cover for the ceremony, and if it is lightly raining, we do still plan on being outside, so please plan accordingly. In the event of a complete washout (which won't happen, they say hopefully), the backup plan will be to have the ceremony under the tent or inside the Caterino residence.
